Oak Hills Park is located at 145 Fillow Street, Norwalk, CT 06850.  The 18-hole golf course at Oak Hills Park features 6,407 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The assorted layout offers a blend of naturally designed holes and presents a variety of challenging shots for golfers of all skill levels. The course rating is 70.3 and it has a slope rating of 133.

The course was designed and built by Alfred Tull. Construction began in 1967 and it was opened in 1969. Tull joined noted course architect Devereux Emmet (1862-1934) in 1924 as a design associate and became a full partner with Emmet in 1929. This established Alfred H. Tull as a respected professional golf course architect. Tull continued the practice on his own after the death of Emmet in 1934. Tull became Member No. 33 of the American Society of Golf Course Architects in 1963 and a Fellow of the society in 1967.
